Return Window

Customers in the United Kingdom have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days of the delivery date without needing to specify a reason.

  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your return request, we’ll send you detailed return instructions, including a return authorization form and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

Packaging and Shipping

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain attached.
  2. Include the provided return authorization form and any necessary supporting documents.
  3. Print and attach the provided return shipping label clearly to your package.

Return Costs

  • Defective Products: Return shipping is free of charge if the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect.
  • Change of Mind (Customer Remorse): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs will be clearly communicated and deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES

Please note that Luxyvibe does not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend returning the original item within 30 days of delivery and placing a new order for the desired product.

Specific Return and Refund Conditions

  • Change of Mind: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Defective Goods: If your product is defective, please contact us immediately. Luxyvibe covers return shipping costs and will offer you a full refund or replacement.
  • Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged, please send clear photos within 48 hours of receipt to info@luxyvibe.com. We’ll review your claim and cover return shipping if your claim is approved.
  • Incorrect Product: If the wrong item was sent, please contact us immediately. We will arrange return shipping at no additional cost and send you the correct item promptly.
  • Undelivered Items: If your order never arrived, contact us immediately. We will investigate and offer a full refund or replacement if necessary.
  • Cancellation After Ordering: You can cancel your order at no charge if it hasn’t shipped yet. If already shipped, follow standard return procedures upon receiving your order.

Policy for Damaged or Defective Goods

Contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt if your goods arrive defective or damaged. Provide clear photos of the issue, and after review, we’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Policy for Non-Damaged Goods
