Do you ship overseas?
Currently, Luxyvibe ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. Please note, delivery to certain remote areas may take slightly longer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes an additional 5-7 business days, making your total delivery time approximately 6-9 business days.
Detailed delivery and tracking information will be emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch (check your spam folder if you don’t see it).
Returns & Refunds
Is return shipping free?
Yes, returns are completely free within the UK.
What are the return conditions?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt for any reason. Products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and suitable for resale, with all original labels attached. We accept returns for items purchased during sales events as well; these can be exchanged or refunded at the original purchase price.
Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number is available in the confirmation email sent after your purchase. It's typically a five-digit code. If you haven't received this email, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to assist you.
What should I do if the return period has expired?
Returns should ideally be sent back within 30 days of receiving your order. If the return period has passed, we may still offer an exchange or store credit. Please contact customer service to explore your available options.
